We don't sell what isn't approved
Every layout we sell carries TUDA approval before a single plot is offered. Pre-approval selling is how buyers in this market get hurt, and we don't do it.
One corridor, known properly
We work only the Yerpedu–Venkatagiri road. Knowing one stretch of land deeply beats knowing ten superficially — including which survey numbers to avoid.
Referral is our marketing budget
Most of our buyers arrive through someone who already bought. That only works if what we said on the phone is what stands on the ground.
